Ways to pay for your classes

You can pay for your single class, block of classes or course via :

 

The online booking system:

 

If you wish to purchase a single class, 6 session pass or a personal session: select the class by description, i.e Pilates, then select the level, date and time and click 'book'. from there you will be able to purchase your class straight away. If you do not pay within 30 minutes, your booking will be automatically cancelled and the space will be relased again.

 

If you wish to purchase a 6 Session pass: click 'Buy' then enter your details and complete the purchase. On completion you will have the option to make your first booking (and then subsequent bookings) or you can come back later to make the remainder bookings. Please note you will have 60 days in which to claim your sessions from when you purchase the pass. Refunds cannot be given for missed or unused classes. All session require 24 hours cancellation notice to be able to rebook.

 

All online bookings will receive email confirmations.

You can also cancel your booking via the online booking system. Please refer to the cancellation policy.

 

Please note Bodymode does not accept cheques.

 

Payments online are taken via Paypal. Bodymode does not view or hold any card information this is done securly via the merchant.
