The next Bodymode's Pop Up Pilates Retreat will be Sunday 10th September at The Glebe Hall Gardens in Sutton. 9.30am - 1.30pm.


Our minds are distracted with day to day activities, travelling from one busy thought to the next. Through Pilates and Mindfulness you can learn to adopt a new mindset, which can alter your outlook; making you happier and more peaceful in your daily interactions.

Pilates, good food and mindfulness is theme of the retreat, to help you feel refreshed and energised. You’ll discover new things about yourself and will be able to put these practises into your life every day.


The intimate retreat will include;

A traditional Pilates session

Mindfulness practice

Nutrition workshop tailored to your body shape

A goody bag that includes small Pilates Equipment

A refreshing picnic lunch with drinks
