Bodymode offers tailored exercise or sport specific training for expectant and new mums.  Classes and personal sessions are delivered by a qualified pre and post natal exercise coach.



Pilates for Beginners

Mondays at 7pm Chatteris (60 mins)


Using the classical exercises it's designed to challenge those who already have over 112 months of Pilates practice. Using the stronger movements like Push Up, Leg Pull, Side Bends, Teaser, Control Balance, Hip Twist etc. Each exercise will be the bases of a single routine and in between we will flow stretch.

A monthly 60 minute session with the aim of calming the mind with the breath. Learn how to body scan and create 'Breathing Space' to become self-sufficient in the practices so you are able to incorporate them in to your everyday life. All you need is a mat, pillow and blanket.
