Using the classical exercises it's designed to challenge those who already have some Pilates practice. Using the stronger movements like Push Up, Leg Pull, Side Bends, Teaser, Control Balance, Hip Twist etc. Each exercise will be the bases of a single routine and in between we will flow stretch.
