A fitness test or posture analysis will be conducted at your first session.
You'll get specific strength exercises to do at home - around 20 minutes per workout
Choice of on road or off road (or both)
Sessions in specific aspects; hills, speed, track, endurance
Assessment and advice on improving your technique
Running kit advice - shoes, clothing, accessories
Nutrition guidance and strength training guidence.
