An education package to help you learn how to eat healthy for you and your family.
This package includes:
Shopping Support - a visit with you to your local supermarket
Education on how to read food labels
Advice on buying healthy alternatives
How to replace unhealthy foods in your cupboards (home visit)
Clinical Weight Loss Program £44.50 per month
Monthly support to help you create new habits and a new mindset with your food to help with lose weight. Each week you will be required to log online food diaries, which will enable feeback on your progress. You'll get menu ideas, to help you plan 3 meals and 2 snacks per day. You have the option to be weighed weekly.
This program fits around family life and no 'special' foods are required.
Sport & Exercise Nutrition £44.50 per month
Monthly support to help you eat for your sport and exercise. Learn how to fuel for events, keeping you energised and helping boot the immune system as your train. You will be required to submit food diaries each week to help provide feedback on your progress. Ideal for those wanting to shred body fat too.
Once your book a program you will be contact for some initial health information.
