An all over body resistance and high intensity strength workout using Kettlebell weights.


Learn to swing, snatch, press and pull in this session. You'll get sweaty, so bring water and a towel!

Pilates is great for relieving the pain of certain injuries and conditions, aiding mobility, restoring function, improving strength, flexibility and balance. It can also help to reduce stress and improve overall well-being of the mind and body.

Tuesday 6pm Chatteris (45 min rehab)

Wednesdays 5.15pm Chatteris (beginners)

Thursdays 7pm Sutton (mixed ability)

Outdoor Circuits

Workouts using bodyweight and equipment exercises, from Battle Ropes, Kettlebells, Slam Balls, Hand Weights etc. Perfect for all abilities and modified versions will be given for those needing low impact exercises.


Will resume in Autum 2019.


Running Fitness

Bodymode offers free running sessions via Active Fenland which help people learn to run and offer structured sessions to those already running.


Every Tuesday from 7pm - 8pm in Chatteris.
