Pilates

Kettlebells

An all over body resistance and high intensity strength workout using Kettlebell weights.

 

Learn to swing, snatch, press and pull in this session. You'll get sweaty, so bring water and a towel!

 

£7 per session or £35 for  6 sessions

 

 

 

Pilates is great for relieving the pain of certain injuries and conditions, aiding mobility, restoring function, improving strength, flexibility and balance. It can also help to reduce stress and improve overall well-being of the mind and body.  

 

Mondays 7pm Chatteris (strength)

Tuesday 5.45pm Chatteris (beginners/rehab)

Thursdays 7pm Sutton (mixed ability)

£8.50 per session or £45 for 6 sessions

Workouts using bodyweight. Perfect for all abilities and modified versions will be given for those needing low impact exercises.

A monthly 60 minute session with the aim of calming the mind with the breath. Learn how to body scan and create 'Breathing Space' to become self-sufficient in the practices so you are able to incorporate them in to your everyday life. All you need is a mat, pillow and blanket.

 

£8.50 per session
