When I am not teaching you'll find me in the local CrossFit gym. I love challenging myself through sport and I enjoy entering running, cycling and strength based competitions.


My biggest achievement to date was completeing the Coast to Coast Race race in Scotland, covering 105 miles in two days by running and cycling. This year I am focusing on CrossFit competitions, with the aim to qualify to complete in the arena of the fittest!
